Did you know that you can get fined for paying unlicensed music in your bar or restaurant? Unlicensed music is any music that you are playing that you don't have a commercial license for through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or other licensing entities. This includes music from a personal iPod or MP3 player, any personal streaming service, or anywhere you have personal music stored.
